A private acquisition company
Acquiring and operating one exceptional business for the long term.
Aeon Holdings is the vehicle through which Evan Melioris intends to buy a single, well-run company and personally run it for many years — not to resell it. A patient, permanent home for a business and the people who built it.
About Evan
An operator looking for one company to call home.
Evan Melioris spent his career in operations, strategy, and applied AI and cloud technology at Accenture and Deloitte, working closely with organizations across healthcare and insurance. He holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
He is now setting out to do one thing: acquire a single established business and operate it himself for the long haul. The goal is not a quick turnaround or a resale, but to be a hands-on owner who brings operational rigor and modern technology to a company that already has a strong foundation — while protecting what makes it work today.
Aeon Holdings is early by design. It is one person at the start of a focused, patient search, offering an owner something rare: a buyer who plans to stay.
- Background — Operations, strategy & applied technology at Accenture and Deloitte

What Aeon looks for
The kind of business worth stewarding for decades.
There is no single industry and no rigid checklist. Aeon is drawn to solid, lasting companies — the sort an owner has spent years building carefully. A few traits tend to matter most.
Established & profitable
A durable company with a real history of steady earnings, not a turnaround or an experiment.
Durable, recurring revenue
Often B2B services or operations-driven work, with loyal customers and revenue that holds up over time.
A committed team
Capable people who know the business well and would thrive with continuity and support.
A well-run foundation
Sound day-to-day operations and a good reputation with the customers and community it serves.
An owner planning a transition
A founder thinking about retirement or succession who cares where the company goes next.
Room to keep improving
A strong base where thoughtful operations and modern tools can help the next chapter, without disruption.
If you have spent years building something solid, this may well be about your company — wherever it sits, and whatever it does.
Our approach
Why an owner might choose Aeon.
Selling the company you built is a personal decision as much as a financial one. Aeon is designed around that reality.
Ownership, not a resale
The intent is to buy and hold for many years and operate the business directly — not to flip it, strip it, or pass it along to the next buyer.
Respect for your people & reputation
The team, the customers, and the name you built are the value. Preserving that legacy and continuity comes first.
Confidential & straightforward
Every conversation is private and low-pressure. The process is honest and clear, moving at a pace that respects you and your business.
Hands-on involvement
Aeon means an owner who shows up and runs the business — bringing operational discipline and modern technology to a strong foundation.
